Plum by bent chair provides you with a one- of-its-kind retail dining experience in Mumbai.  It is located at Kamala Mills, which has a plethora of restaurants, however, Plum easily stands out as it provides customers with the option of shopping while dining in. Everything that you lay your eyes on at the place, is up for sale. Plum by bent chair has detailed interiors with enumerated wall art, comfortable group seating, and captivating chandeliers and lighting. The place exudes an air of elegance with it’s charismatic décor. You can enjoy the view of the skyline if you score a place by the window. The restaurant serves lip-smacking Pan Asian cuisine, with everything from Baos to Thai Curry, completely satisfying the Asian food lover inside you. On our visit, we started with the Baby Potatoes. The dish had Szechuan wok tossed baby potatoes in chilli and garlic flakes. The potatoes were crispy and tasted delectable with their range of sauces.

Next we tried the Tempura Asparagus Uramaki Sushi. The sushi was served in a boat shaped wooden plate, and it consisted of avocado, tempura asparagus, tempura caviar, crispy scallion, sesame seeds, and spicy mayonnaise. The sushi was high on flavors and the spicy mayonnaise added the right flavor to it.

In the large plates section, we tried Stir Fry Tiger Prawns. Butter Chilli Garlic Prawns stir fried in pepper and basil. The prawns tasted lip smacking and retained the crispiness even after a while. To complement the meal, they have an exquisite range of cocktails and mocktails.

The staff was courteous and gave proficient suggestions. To add to the experience, Plum by bent chair has also collaborated with Gourmet Passport providing 1+1 on meals and, Zomato Gold providing 2+2 on drinks. All in all, we had an affable time at the restaurant bingeing on the Asian delicacies while enjoying the retail therapy simultaneously.
